PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated drainage structure of a down pipe, which enables wastewater to be smoothly discharged from the down pipe mounted in a building with a constructed base-isolating device, and which can prevent a breakage in the down pipe during earthquakes. SOLUTION: In this base-isolated drainage structure, a foundation section 5 of the building T is elongated on an outside with respect to an exterior wall surface of the building T in which the base-isolating device is constructed; a drain gutter 3 is provided in a recessed manner along the exterior wall surface of the building, on the top surface of the elongated foundation section 5; an upper end of a drain pipe 2, which passes through the foundation section 5 from below and which is opened in the bottom surface of the drain gutter 3, serves as a drain outlet 1; an annular drainage receiver portion 4 is provided around the drain outlet 1; and a lower end 61 of the down pipe 6, which is fixed on the exterior wall surface of the building T, faces the drain outlet 1.
