PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic transistor capable of making an element in a simpler process than an inorganic semiconductor device and exhibiting stable transistor characteristics for a long time. SOLUTION: The organic transistor has a source electrode, a drain electrode, a gate electrode and an organic semiconductor layer.
