The part i.e. rotationally symmetric, axially length-variable bellow (60), has spatial areas (65, 66) enclosed in a condition of length, and a third spatial area enclosed in a condition of another length. The third area emerges through stretching along an axis from one of the areas, and through length changing of the part. The other area is changed, where the volume change of the latter area is equal to the difference between the volume of the third area and the volume of the former area, during the length change from condition of the former length into the condition of the latter length. An independent claim is also included for a spindle engine, comprising an electric motor.
