PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw rotor including resin rotors formed around metallic shaft without generating cracks. SOLUTION: Spiral chamfers 4a, 4b are formed on the surfaces of the metallic shafts around which the resin rotors 3a, 3b are formed. Preferably the surfaces of the shafts 2, 2b may be sandblasted, and after the surfaces of the shafts 2a, 2b are preliminarily coated with resin, the rotors 3a, 3b may be molded.
