An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to form a color shift compensating layer, having a refractive index corresponding to a color filter, in an opposite side on a color filter substrate where the color filter is formed or attach a compensating film where the color shift compensating layer is formed, thereby removing color shift caused by a viewing angle and accordingly enabling a user to view a screen at a side with the same quality as a screen at a front. A backlight device supplies light to an LC panel. A color shift compensating film(100) is installed in the LC panel, and provides the same screen at a side as a screen at a front through refraction of light transmitting a color filter substrate(120) of the LC panel. The color shift compensating film comprises first and second glass substrates(101,103). A partition(101a) is formed in correspondence with a black matrix(121) formed in the color filter substrate in the first glass substrate. The second glass substrate is attached on the first glass substrate. A refraction unit(103a) for refracting light passing through the partition of the first glass substrate is formed in the second glass substrate. |
