DUAL PLY BAG AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

A dual ply bag and a method for preparing the same are provided to prevent foreign materials from being inserted by removing a manual work since the dual ply bag is performed in a making machine in a batch process. A dual ply bag includes a bag texture(20). A top portion of the bag texture is a hot melt adhesive part(21) to combine an inside textile with an outside textile. A film end portion(22), a woven end portion(23), a sealing line(25), and a sewing line(24) are formed on a bottom portion of the bag texture. A right portion of the bag texture is a double adhesive portion(26). A left portion of the bag texture is a woven margin(27) and an outer surface paper end(28). An M type folding line(29) is represented at both sides of a center. A bottom portion of a ply film is sewed to be shorter than that of the woven pasteboard, thereby being torn during charging the contents.
