<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having estradiol increasing action, and thereby being high in therapeutic effect to menopausal disorders and ingestible as a medicine, a food, and an external preparation for skin. <P>SOLUTION: The estradiol production promotor comprises at least one of Allium tuberosum flower, seed, and extracts extracted from at least one of flower and seed of Allium tuberosum, as the effective ingredient.
