PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small and inexpensively configurable structure, having superior damping performance (vibration resistant performance) in regard to a vibration resistant device damping vibration following operation of a one-pass honing machine. SOLUTION: Vibration resistant bases for mounting the one-pass honing machine, are supported by air springs 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d. An auxiliary tank 18 is provided between a pressure source 3 and each air spring 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d. A check valves 19 is provided between the pressure source 3 and each auxiliary tank 18, 18. A flow regulating valve 20 with a check valve being a meter-in speed controller is provided between each auxiliary tank 18, 18 and each air spring 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
