PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing particulate by plasma-induced electrolysis with which growth and flocculation of the produced particulate are suppressed, and to provide a device therefor. SOLUTION: The invention is a method with which molten salt is subjected to plasma-induced electrolysis so as to produce particulate. Plasma is emitted to the surface of a molten salt bath held onto a rotating substantially flat face so as to produce particulate and also, the produced particulate is moved to the outside of the molten salt bath by centrifugal force.
