<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel compound having action of inducing the intratissue expression of adiponectin and action of promoting the secretion of adiponectin into the blood and to provide a therapeutic agent for hypoadiponectinemia, a therapeutic agent for hyperlipemia, a therapeutic agent for hypertension, a therapeutic agent for vascular disorders, an antiinflammatory drug, etc. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed are an acylamide compound represented by formula (1), a prodrug thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a therapeutic agent for hypoadiponectinemia, a therapeutic agent for hyperlipemia, a therapeutic agent for hypertension, a therapeutic agent for vascular disorders, or an antiinflammatory drug, each of which contains the compound, the prodrug, or the salt. In formula (1), R1 is a hydrogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group; R2 is a 1-6C alkyl group, a 7-11C phenylakyl group, or a 2-6C alkylthioalkyl group; R3 is a hydrogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group: R4 is a hydrogen atom or a 1-16C alkyl group; R5 is a 5-21C linear hydrocarbon group which may have 1-3 double bonds; and X is O or NH. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
