<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter regeneration device which can increase a regeneration opportunity. <P>SOLUTION: The filter regeneration device 100 of a diesel vehicle is provided with an injector 15, an expansion-ratio variable means, and a control means 50. The injector 15 injects the fuel to be burned in a combustion chamber of a diesel engine 11, and the expansion-ratio variable means makes possible a change of the real expansion ratio of the diesel engine 11. Then the control means 50 determines the amount of fuel injection of the injector 15 so that target exhaust temperature can be realized at the time of regeneration of the filter 23b, and raises exhaust temperature by controlling the expansion-ratio variable means. When the regeneration timing of the filter 23b is detected, the particles accumulated on the filter 23b are burned by raising exhaust temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
