<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the voltage variation (so-called IR drop) in power source wiring. <P>SOLUTION: Each of a buffer circuit 101 and an inverter circuit 102 is connected to a high level power source wiring HHH and a low level power source wiring LLL. Upon transition of the polarity of a display data signal DATA given to an input node NI, a buffer circuit 101 charges signal wiring L1 in order to transmit the signal of the same polarity as that of the data signal DATA. On the other hand, the inverter circuit 102 charges signal wiring L2 in order to transmit the signal of the reverse polarity to the data signal DATA. Each of the buffer circuit 101 and the inverter circuit 102 performs the operation opposite to each other and therefore, the voltage variation due to the operation of these circuits does not deviate to either one of the power source wiring HHH, LLL, but is dispersed to both. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
