PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder rolling device where the vibration of work rolls and fixed quantity exhaust rollers is suppressed even if the productivity of a powder rolled material is increased, and a powder rolled product of high quality can be stably produced with high productivity. SOLUTION: In the powder rolling device where a pair of work rolls 1a, 1b are arranged so as to be confronted each other, further, fixed quantity exhaust rollers 2a, 2b for forming a powder layer with a fixed thickness are arranged on at least either work roll, and the powder layer formed by the fixed quantity exhaust rollers 2a, 2b is introduced into a space between the work rolls 1a, 1b, so as to be subjected to compression working, the roll shafts 4a, 4b of the respective work rolls 1a, 1b are directly connected to separate servomotors 26a, 26b via reducers 18a, 18b each provided with a wave motion gear mechanism, and further, the roller shafts 27a, 27b in the fixed quantity exhaust rollers 2a, 2b are directly connected to servomotors 30a, 30b via reducers 28a, 28b each provided with a wave motion gear mechanism.
