A valve for automatic control of fluid flow is provided to accurately and smoothly perform opening and closing of pressure by setting relief pressure with the pressure of fluid. A valve for automatic control of fluid flow includes a cylinder member(10), a piston member(30), first and second transfer lines(20,26), and an opening and closing device(40). A bottleneck unit(16) is formed at a center of an inner surface of the cylinder member. A pair of first and second ports(12,14) are formed at both sides of the bottleneck unit. The piston member has a pair of first and second plungers(32,34). The first and second plungers are installed at both ends of the cylinder member to isolate a fluid. The first transfer line transfers the fluid isolated at the one end of the cylinder member to the other end. The second transfer line transfers the fluid isolated at the other end of the cylinder member to the one end. The opening and closing unit opens the bottleneck unit according to movement of the piston member to the one or other end.
