NONVOLATILE SEMICONDUCTOR STORAGE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size a control circuit for a nonvolatile semiconductor storage device, and achieve high speed operation/low power consumption by preparing micro computer control and a hardware wiring for resetting a register for the micro computer.

SOLUTION: A command analysis circuit 16 outputs a reset signal via a signal line 102 in accordance with a stop signal from the micro computer 20. The reset signal stops operation of the micro computer 20 and a power supply 14.
