<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case database system allowing clinically significant information on a patient to be used by avoiding specifying an actual patient. <P>SOLUTION: In a case database system including a case database for storing data including medically significant information on an actual patient and a terminal for referring to the information stored in the case database via the Internet, the terminal is provided with a means for substantially irreversibly converting information into unspecified information which does not allow an individual to be specified from the personal information on the patient including at least a patient ID and the case database stores a case corresponding to the unspecified information converted by the conversion means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
