PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain that allows extending lubrication intervals at reduced cost. SOLUTION: A series of chains 1 is formed of outer plates 5a, 5b, a pin 13, inner plates 3a, 3b, a roller 9, a bush 7, and seal members 27a, 27b. Recess parts 35a, 35b are provided in the sides of the body 31 of the pin 13. The recess parts 35a, 35b are recessed portions for holding lubricant and are filled with lubricant. The lubricant filling the recess parts 35a, 35b is caused to flow outwards by a centrifugal force produced by the drive of the chains 1 and lubricates the pin 13 and the inner peripheral surface of the bush 7 that slides against the pin 13.
