PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener for a double floor, which hardly drops out, and which can inhibit the uplift of a panel during earthquakes. SOLUTION: This fastener 32 comprises a bolt 34, a flange 36, an upper cylinder 38, a lower cylinder 40, a coil spring 42, a guide 44, and a lock nut 46. The bolt 34 comprises a head 48, a shaft 50, and a stopper 52. A top surface of the upper cylinder 38 abuts on the bottom of the flange 36. The upper cylinder 38 is loosely fitted into the lower cylinder 40. The coil spring 42 is housed between the bolt 34 and the lower cylinder 40. The lock nut 46 is equipped with a cut out portion 70 (engaging portion). The bolt 34 passes through the flange 36, the upper cylinder 38, the lower cylinder 40, the coil spring 42, the guide 44, and the lock nut 46.
