PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively generate nano-size mist, while using blowing air of an on-vehicle air conditioner. SOLUTION: This electrostatic atomizer has a cooling means for generating water based on moisture in air by cooling a discharge electrode, and a blowoff port for blowing off mist provided by electrostatic atomization of the water by discharge in the discharge electrode, and introduces the mist into a cabin by carrying the mist on wind delivered from a blowout port of the on-vehicle air conditioner, and has an introducing pipe arranged outside an air blowing passage reaching the blowout port of the on-vehicle air conditioner and introducing the mist to the air blowing passage, and a ventilation passage for introducing cabin inside air to the vicinity of the discharge electrode from a suction port opening in a cabin. For generating the moisture from the cabin inside air taken in via the ventilation passage, the nano-size mist is generated by generating condensation water without receiving influence of adjusted air flowing in the air blowing passage, and the nano-size mist can be efficiently carried on the wind blowing off into the cabin from the blowout port by flowing in the air blowing passage.
