PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sterilization paper which can be preferably used for not only a combination-type package bag for sterilization but also as a lid material of a molded sterilization container and is excellent in air permeability, peelability, and heat sealability, furthermore, desirably can withstand electron beam sterilization. SOLUTION: In the sterilization paper where a resin impregnated paper is used as base paper, and a thermoplastic resin layer is provided on the one side, the thermoplastic resin layer includes polyethylene base resin, an inorganic filler, and a surfactant.
