A zero dead leg type tee pipe is provided to couple valves and gauges to each other with ease without employing a welding coupling scheme so that the pipe is smoothly maintained. A zero dead leg type tee pipe includes a tee(110), a cover(120), a coupling member(130), and a packing member(140). The tee includes a zero dead leg block(112) having a branch hole, a packing groove, and first coupling holes. The cover includes a pair of bodies provided at the top surface of the zero leg block. The cover is formed with first coupling holes corresponding to second engaging holes. The cover has the bottom surface formed with a step(122). The fastening member includes a bolt(131) and a nut(132) in order to fasten the zero leg block of the tee to the cover. The packing member is inserted into the packing groove to prevent fluid from being leaked.
