<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective thrombolytic active material (t-PA accelerating material) except natto kinase, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: Existence of a material which accelerates the t-PA production capacity in a cell is confirmed using a natto fungus cultivation liquid and the fungus itself, of which natto kinase, an enzyme, has been deactivated by heat-treatment, and adding it to a human cell.
