PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device in which flexibility of routing of a wiring pattern provided on a substrate is improved, and to provide electronic equipment using the piezoelectric device. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device 10 has an electronic component 30 and a piezoelectric vibrator 40 on the substrate 12. The substrate 12 has a single-layer structure and the wiring pattern 22 is provided on the top surface thereof. Then an insulating film 26 is provided at least on portions of the substrate 12 and wiring pattern 22. Further, the electronic component 30 is disposed on the insulating film 26 while directing its non-active surface to the side of the substrate 12. Consequently, the wiring pattern 22 can be routed blow the electronic component 30, and the flexibility of routing is improved.
