PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee extension muscular strength measuring instrument stably, surely and highly reproducibly performing the measurement with a simple operation. SOLUTION: This knee extension muscular strength measuring instrument consists of a sensor 2, a belt body 3 attached to the front part 2a of the sensor 2, a capture implement 4 attached to the rear part 2b of the sensor 2, a three-legged stool 5, and a display 6 provided in the sensor 2; and is characterized in fastening the belt body 2 around an ankle of a patient, latching the capture implement 4 to the rear middle leg 7 of the three-legged stool 5, allowing the patient to sit on the three-legged stool 5 and extend the knee, displaying the muscular strength related to the motion on the display 6 and measuring the knee extension muscular strength.
