SUBSTANCE: fastening consists of insert 9 installed in widened part 3 of through channel 2 for hook bolt 4, clamp and adjusting washer made in form of integral adjusting-and-pressing member 7 tied up by common hook bolt 4 provided with at least one lower end 10 belt to side. Device has hook bolt turning limiter 11 installed in hole of insert 9 to thrust against hook bolt stem. EFFECT: enhanced fastening of rails. 2 cl, 4 dwg
