<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food consisting of the mixed powder of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), garlic and aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA) which prevents and alleviates pains accompanying inflammation of arthralgia or the like, and mitigates uncomfortable feeling due to these pains and promotes metabolism, by safely and surely, and orally taking in effective components. <P>SOLUTION: The health food is made possible to prevent and alleviate pains accompanying inflammation of arthralgia or the like, or to mitigate uncomfortable feeling, and further to promote metabolism of the cells; by making a mixed powder formed by blending a natural-originated methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), garlic and aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA) being used as health foods so as to exhibit a synergic effect, absorbed into the cells of living body by orally taking in it.
