<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel-cell separator manufacturing method that can easily manufacture a conductive fuel-cell separator which is excellent in corrosion resistance and made of Ti or a Ti-alloy. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for a fuel-cell separator 1 includes a formation step S1 in which a recessed part to form a gas channel 11 for circulating gas is formed at least at a part on the surface of a substrate 2 as a Ti or Ti-alloy made fuel-cell separator, a coating step S2 for coating an organic solvent including chlorides of at least one or more kinds of noble metals selected from among Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir, Pt, and Au on the surface of the substrate 2 having the recessed part, and a heat-treatment step S3 for subjecting the substrate 2 coated with the organic solvent including the noble-metal chlorides to heat treatment so as to form an island-shaped crystal 3 composed by including the noble metals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
