摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an energy sufficient for multiple discharge to the primary side of an ignition coil during the multiple discharge and stabilize the ignition discharge at an ignition plug. SOLUTION: A boosting circuit 14 and a capacitor 15 are connected to one end of the primary coil 21a of the ignition coil 21, and an IGBT 22 is connected to the other end. The ignition plug 23 is connected to a secondary coil 21b. A current flows intermittently from the boosting circuit 14 and the capacitor 16 to the primary coil 21a by repeatedly turning on/off the IGBT 22, and a secondary current repeatedly occurs in the secondary coil 21b for performing multiple discharge. The boosting circuit 14 has boosting coils connected parallel to each other and a MOSFET for turning on/off each of the electrification of the boosting coils.
