PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of disposing a return member in an optimal position constantly according to its center case, even if the center case is expanded to the right side upper part of a game area. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine is provided with a game board 11 having the game area 31 in its front side, a shooting means shooting game balls toward the game area 31, the center case 36 disposed in the game area 31 and having a display window 35 for an image display means 34, and the return member 73 disposed along the inside of an outer rail 32 of the upper part side of the game area 31 and rebounding the game ball shot by the shooting means and running along the outer rail 32; and the return member 73 is detachably mounted on the center case 36.
