SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has housing with fitted-in several piston installed for swinging about their own axes parallel to central axis of housing. All pistons can rotate simultaneously over circumference in one direction around central axis of housing. Cam element is installed in center of housing stationary relative to housing. Working surfaces made on piston sides pointed to cam element move along outer contour of cam element at rotation of pistons along circumference, these surfaces being in constant contact with cam element.
