<p>A mobile communication system, a transmitting device and a transmission signal generation method are provided to improve a demodulation performance using a channel estimation result by removing a timing error from the channel estimation result. A mobile communication system includes a transmission device, and a receiving device. The transmission device performs a signal process for a predetermined sequence in a frequency domain, and converts the signal in the frequency domain into a signal in a time domain with an inverse fast fourier transformer. The transmission device shifts a sequence of the signal in the time domain periodically as much as a predetermined quantity. The receiving device calculates a correlation value between the signal received from the transmission device and a predetermined sequence, and converts the correlation value into the time domain with the inverse fast fourier transformer. The receiving device detects a sequence and the amount of periodic shift which are used in the transmission device based on the correlation value in the time domain.</p> |
