<p>A device and a method for reducing noise of a touch sensor are provided to enable a mobile terminal to be operated correctly according to user input by reducing an input determination error caused by the noise applied to the touch sensor and to allow a corrector to correct a baseline identical with noise sensed by a noise detecting sensor. A touch sensor(10) detects user input applied to a touch sensor. A noise sensor(12) is arranged in a line shape around a touch pad and detects noise applied to a touch pad. A baseline corrector(14) corrects a baseline based on a value outputted from the noise sensor. An IC chip(16) determines whether a user performs input based on the corrected baseline. An insulation film is formed on the noise sensor, and is made of a material having a high metallic composition or high permittivity. The baseline compensator forms the same baseline as the noise detected by the noise sensor.</p> |
