The novel impregnating oil composition for a sintered bearing is disclosed. The composition comprises a base oil, at least one compound represented by a formula (1). In the formula, D represents an m-valent cyclic group capable of binding to "m" of -X-R; each X represents a single bond or a bivalent linking group selected from the group consisting of NR1, where R1 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-30 alkyl group, oxygen, sulfur, carbonyl, sulfonyl and any combinations thereof; each R represents a substituted or non-substituted, alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkynyl group, aryl group or heterocyclic group, or a halogen atom, hydroxy, amino, mercapto, cyano, sulfide, carboxy or salt thereof, a sulfo or salt thereof, hydroxylamine, ureido or urethane; and m is an integer from 2 to 11. |
