<p>A transmitter apparatus, comprising a busy signal receiver for receiving a busy signal in a predefined busy signal time slot of a current frame, the signal in the busy signal time slot having information dependent on an interference power or a payload signal reception power related to a receiver, the busy signal receiver being adapted to extract the information dependent on the interference power or the payload signal reception power.
