An umbrella-shaped parachute for emergency escape is provided to be used as a life saving device during a disaster such as fire in a high-rise building by supplying sufficiently large size parachute. An umbrella-shaped parachute(10) for emergency escape includes a supporting rod(20) and an umbrella rib(21). The supporting rod and the umbrella rib form a structure of umbrella at a bottom of the parachute. A connection unit(22) is formed on a top of the supporting rod. A handle(23) is fixed on a bottom of the supporting rod. A plurality of parachute strings(11) are fixed by fastening a fixing unit(12) to the supporting rod above the handle. A through hole(13) is inserted into the connection unit at a top center of the parachute. A snare(24) ties a wrist at one side of the handle. |
