Display members(7) are arranged adjacently to each component to notify the replacement time of the consumed components received in the inside of a body(1). The body includes a display panel and a door(5) for opening the inside of the body. The replacement time of the consumed components in the body is notified through the display panel and the component to be replaced is confirmed specifically through the opening of the door. The display member is a light emitting member. The replacement time is notified by turning on and off the light emitting member. The image forming apparatus includes a developing unit, a transfer unit and a fixing unit and the display members are installed at the developing unit, transfer unit and fixing unit.
