摘要 |

The present invention relates to a vitreous material with hardening properties as well as to the process for manufacturing same, derived from the melting at high temperature of materials with a certain chemical composition containing calcium, magnesium, silica, aluminium and iron, either in the form of oxides, carbonate or other compounds, and the subsequent cooling of the material preventing its crystallization due to its internal viscosity and to the quick cooling. After this process, the material acquires a vitreous state which, finely ground and mixed with Portland clinker and/or gypsum, and/or calcium hydroxide or cements, has hardening or hydraulic properties, i.e., the material hardens when it mixed with water, acquiring mechanical properties.
|
