PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collecting device capable of efficiently processing collected data. SOLUTION: This data collecting device comprises a means 21 for receiving HTTP request transmitted in HTTP protocol format, including data of XML format, and having additional information including client authentication information of HTTP format, storage kind information indicating kinds of storage of data, and processing priority information indicating the priority in processing the data, on its header, and means 21-28, 31-34 for processing the data on the basis of the additional information of the received HTTP request.
