Mortar for jointing floor covering elements

Mortar composition for exterior paving comprises alkaline silicate, organic polymer in the form of redispersable powder, and mineral charge in the form of siliceous sand or calcareous silica. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method of application of the composition comprising mixing the solid ingredients, depositing on the pavement, brushing the pulverulent mixture in interstices (joints) and watering the surface of the pavement with water; and (2) a paving joint obtained by the process.
