<p>The method involves applying thin layers (2, 4) on a substrate (1) of a thin film-solar module, and forming linear groves (3, 5) in the thin layers. A material of one of the thin layers is again removed from the grooves. Characteristics of the existing grooves (3, 5) are determined before or during forming a new groove (5). Characteristics of the new groove are controlled relative to the characteristics of the existing groove during forming the new groove in such a manner that the constant distance between the existing groove and the new groove is adjusted.</p> |
