发明名称 LOAD RISE REDUCTION SYSTEM OF CLUTCH PEDAL
摘要 A pedal force rise reduction system of a clutch pedal when a clutch disk is worn is provided to make a release lever perpendicular to a push rod continuously by automatic adjustment so that the leg pushing power is prevented from sudden rise resulting from the abrasion of the clutch disk, thereby reducing drop of the operation feeling of the clutch pedal. Hydraulic pressure, generated from master and release cylinders by pedal force of a clutch pedal, is applied to a clutch disk along with a release bearing and a diaphragm spring through a push rod(9) of the release cylinder and a release lever(8). The release lever, rotated by pins(14,17) of the push rod is formed with a long hole(18) perpendicular to a shaft. The pins are fitted in the long hole and the release lever is moved in the long hole range. A stopper long hole(19) is formed at the upper part of the long hole. A plurality of saw tooth projections(20) are formed at the stopper long hole. A stopper pin(21) is arranged at the push rod. The push rod and the release lever are connected by a tensile spring(22).
