A deposition type polishing method of an aluminum printing plate is provided to manufacture an aluminum printing plate with high quality by employing a deposition type electrolysis process instead of a conventional spray type electrolysis process, and to improve printing quality during printing by uniformly treating the entire surface of the aluminum printing plate and forming fine irregularities on the surface thereof. A deposition type polishing method of an aluminum printing plate comprises: submersing a plurality of supporting plates(20) and carbon plates into a solution chamber(10) containing a weak acid solution(1) and vertically disposing the supporting plates and carbon plates in the weak acid solution of the solution chamber in a state that the supporting plates and the carbon plates are spaced from each other in a specified gap(11); passing an aluminum plate(50) guided through a plurality of guide rolls(40) through the gap between the supporting plates and the carbon plates in a submersion depth of 3 to 10 cm from the surface of the weak acid solution in a state that the weak acid solution of the solution chamber is maintained to a temperature of 30 to 50 deg.C; and flowing a power of 10 to 15 V and an electric current of 200 to 300 A through the carbon plates to form fine irregularities on a surface of the aluminum plate by electrolyzing the aluminum plate within the gap.
