An apparatus for outputting information on a notice board is provided to output educational information to users by displaying the information on the notice board to the outside using audio, text, and graphic signals. A display panel(20) is implemented in a frame(10). At least one RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) chip is attached to a front surface of the display panel. A switch(30) is formed to correspond to respective positions of displayed contents. A memory(40) stores data on the displayed contents. A controller receives recognition data from the RFID chip, recognizes the display panel, and reads the data on the displayed contents from the memory. An information output device(60) outputs the data from the memory in one of audio, text, and graphic signals. A voice memory unit(70) receives voice signals and stores the inputted voice signals. The controller stores the data received through the voice memory unit and outputs the voice signals to the information output device using the voice signal. |
