<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for molding a bottle by heating a port in the state that a heater is inserted into the port and uniformly heating an overall port, and crystallizing the port. SOLUTION: A space 31 is formed between a core mold 2 and a mold 11a. Melted resin is injected in the space, and then a cavity 11 is cooled, the resin is solidified to mold a preform 32 having a body 32a, a bottom 32b, a port 32c and a threaded part 32d. A heater 44 of a port heating means D is inserted into the port 32c, brought into contact with an inner periphery of the port 32c, and heated. Thereafter, the port 32c is cooled by ambient or cold temperature air blowing, crystallized, and its strength is increased. The preform 32 is charged in a temperature regulating pot, and heated to a blow molding temperature. Blowing air is introduced to the preform. This is expanded to be brought into close contact with an inner surface of the mold 21a by introducing the blown air thereto to mold a bottle P, cooled and solidified. A cavity 21 and a neck mold 3 are opened to complete molding of the bottle P.</p> |
