摘要 An optical film using photo-crosslinkable LC(Liquid crystal) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve surface uniformity of optical characteristics according as change of a main optical axis is not nearly generated by change of a thickness of an LC high polymer layer, and achieving high productivity by easily obtaining a uniform coating film. An optical film using photo-crosslinkable LC as reactive mesogen comprises material(110), a photosensitive high polymer alignment layer(120) coated on the material, and a photo-crosslinkable LC layer(130). The photo-crosslinkable LC layer is tilted at a predetermined angle on the alignment layer and is LC-polymerized. Initial LC contacted with the alignment layer is initially tilted on the alignment layer. The other LC laminated and arranged on an upper part is tilted at the same angle as the initially-tilted LC.
