ENVELOPE DEVICE, CAPABLE OF PERFORMING TRANSFERRING, ARRANGING, CUTTING, AND DISCHARGING OF RAW MATERIALS OF A SACK AND DISCHARGING OF AN EMPTY POUCH IN ONE LINE

An envelope device is provided to prevent crushed materials of a pouch from being mixed with contents by not randomly crushing the pouch by cutting a middle of the transferred pouch. An envelope device includes first conveyor(1), second conveyors(2,2a), third conveyors(3,3a), and a cutter(5). A pair of guide rails(4,4a) are installed at the first conveyor to arrange a transferred pouch(P). The cutter is installed between the second conveyors in parallel to the first conveyor to cut the transferred pouch. The cutter is rotated by power of a motor(50). The third conveyors are installed at upper parts of a pair of supports(8,8a). The pair of supports are rotatably fixed at a pair of first fixing shafts at rear sides of the second conveyors and support pouches(P1,P2) cut by the cutter. The first fixing shafts are rotated by a rotating member and first and second members and separately discharge the cut pouches.
