An actuator (7) with a screw-nut mechanism adjusts the position of a horizontal swivel pin (9) of the pedal and/or the length of the pedal between the swivel pin and a shoe (4) of the pedal for adjusting the position and the inclination of the shoe, where the mechanism is driven by an electrical motor.
