A skin sterilizer is provided to sterilize bacteria in the skin by the function of surfactant and inhibit influence to health conditions of the skin and skin irritation by supplying water wherein multivalent cations are removed and sodium ion is added to the surfactant, so that the skin sterilizer is useful for treatment of Trichophyton infection symptoms such as athlete's foot. A skin sterilizer for treating Trichophyton infection symptoms contains function water wherein multivalent cations are removed and sodium ion is added and surfactant such as fatty acid salt selected from linoleic acid salt, linolenic acid salt, myristic acid salt and palmitic acid salt, wherein the function water is prepared by treating water with cation exchange resin to exchange calcium ion, magnesium ion, copper ion, iron ion and aluminum ion in the water by sodium ion.
