A steering handle (11) is formed in a substantially U-shape in a plan view, and the front ends of the steering handle (11) are placed on both left and right sides above a front cover (30). The front cover (30) is split into upper and lower portions. In a side view, the lower cover (31) is substantially vertically raised and the upper cover (32) is tilted rearward. In a plan view, a left end portion of the front cover (30) is curved toward the rear and the front end of the steering handle (11) is placed at a position on a plane extended forward from the upper cover (32).</p>
