PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foldable chopsticks which are convenient without losing an upper or lower chopstick body part. SOLUTION: A joint engagement part of the chopstick body includes a small diameter fitting part and an engagement hole part with which the small diameter fitting part is fitted. The upper and lower chopstick body parts are linked with a cord which is lead out in a retractable fashion; when the chopstick bodies are not used, the chopstick body parts are separated into the upper and lower parts at the link engagement part, and are folded at the drawn cord part, and can be stored in a chopstick storage tool.
